Investigative Casework
‘Working with the humans impacted by the traumatic & damaging asylum & protection system in the UK through the provision of agile investigative casework, seeking a solution for the individual human driving change to the systems & structures that damage’
We provide high quality investigative casework across the UK to those groups of people who are placed in the most significant areas of risk and peril by UK Asylum & Migration systems. Currently we offer specific casework services to;
Individuals accommodated in congregated and institutionalised settings such as camps, barracks and large scale hotel accommodation such as dormitories who are harmed by the environments in which they are forced to live.
Families with support needs who are struggling to have these acknowledged by the UK’s asylum & protection systems
Children wrongly assessed or assumed as adults who are often placed in adult environments.
Children wrongly assessed as adults incarcerated in adult prisons
Other adults suffering from grave human rights abuses within the UK asylum & protection system such as those denied medical care, experiencing abuse and harm form Home Office staff and contractors
The UK Asylum system is in a state of chaos, new hotels, barges, barracks opening overnight in areas where this is very little local refugee infrastructure. HfRN are providing an agile safety net across the UK, with remote support to any human in need of us regardless of status, age or location.
